Sponge Blasting
Sponge blasting is an innovative surface preparation method that combines the efficiency of traditional abrasive blasting with reduced environmental impact and surface damage. This technology utilizes sponge media—an engineered blend of open-cell polyurethane sponge and abrasive particles—to clean, strip, or profile surfaces across various industrial applications.
Sponge blasting employs a specially designed feed unit and blasting system to propel sponge media onto the target surface.
